Well, today when Brian went outside to put the trash out around 8:30am it was -4 degrees outside. Yes, you read right. Nathan was outside helping Brian but not for too long. Brian told him to go inside because Nathan's face and hands were starting to hurt. You can start to get frostbite and not even know it. It did make it up to 9 degrees today and tonight we can expect it to be around -3 degrees. Oh, don't worry we are nice and warm inside with a fire going and forced heat at around 70 degrees. By Saturday it will be 40 degrees. It is cold but I don't mind.
I've been reading the The Blood Covenant by E.W Kenyon. I read this book along time ago in bible school. Once you read it you will understand more of the covenant Christians have with God. Here is what the back of this little book says: The significance of the Lord's Table is understood fully by very few. After reading this book I am reminded of why we can come boldly to the throne of God for our needs because of the blood covenant. God is so great!!!
