My Journey of Health

I woke up this morning from a dream quoting this: No sickness or disease shall overcome me because of Christ who strengthens me. Wow, talk about power and revelation in these words. God is above all sickness and disease.

My journey started in August of 2015. I went to the ER because of electric impulses in my brain. They did not find anything. I went to a chiropractor the same day and found some relief. I saw this chiropractor through December 2015. During this time I started having other issues. I experienced night sweats, electric impulses throughout my body, bladder spasms, ovarian pain, and a racing heart. I did not know what was happening to me. I have never been sick, except for an occasional cold or flu. I went to so many doctors trying to find out what was wrong. They gave me medication and electric therapy, but nothing helped. I asked my primary doctor and two gynecologist to see if my hormones were out of balance. They would not do a test because of expense and my age. They also said that it would not be an accurate reading anyway.

Let me back up. In December of 2015, I had a gynecologist tell me that I needed to have my left ovary and fallopian tube removed because of inflammation and a cyst. I went to another gynecologist for a second option and she said my ovary and fallopian tube were fine.

In January 2016, I went to the ER again for an extremely high heart beat. I was very low in potassium causing my heart to race.

I had a MRI in February of 2016 of my brain, which caused me to lose my hearing and have constant ringing in my ear. The MRI caused some bones to move in my neck area causing misalignment of my spine. This was resolved by seeing a chiropractor that specializes in Atlas Orthogonal.

I had a CAT scan done in March of 2016 of my intestines. This CAT scan caused even more issues. I had a reaction to the iodine they injected in my veins. I couldn't walk up my stairs to get to my bedroom and it felt like my chest was on fire. I called the ER nurse and she said that it was normal what I was experiencing. Why don't they ever tell you about the possible side effects? The CAT scan caused my arms and legs to swell, which was so painful. I had to wrap them in ace bandages just to get some relief. I went to so many doctors to try to find help with the swelling. No one had any answers, except to say I now have varicose veins in my arms and legs and that is why I am having the swelling. I would not except this answer. No, the iodine from the CAT scan caused my body to react this way. No doctor would admit it.One day, while sitting in a vein specialist's office I found a brochure on Lymphedema. I immediately read it. Lymphedema is chronic swelling caused by a build-up of fluid that occurs when the lymphatic system is either faulty or damaged. The vein specialist just gave me a prescription for compression stockings. I took the prescription but never purchased the stockings. I don't think so, I want answers. When I arrived home I started surfing the web for anything about Lympedema. I found this website and started dry brushing. That very same day, after dry brushing, my body released so much fluid, and the pain decreased. This all happened in November of 2016.

In December of 2016, I found Barbara Hoffman on YouTube. Watch this too. She made sense, so I started taking natural progesterone. Within three months my bladder problems were gone. Hallelujah, no more feeling like I have a constant bladder infection, tingling in my arms, and ovarian pain.

So now it is July of 2017. I am still having an occasional swelling in my arms and legs every month. I decided this is the month that I am going to go back to the gym and pay for a personal trainer. So I did, my first day at the gym was on July 24th. I said to myself, that I have had enough of the swelling. I am so happy to report it has been over a month and I've had no pain or swelling problems. I do believe that lifting weights three times a week at the gym has really improved my health. The other benefit is that I have lost a total of 6 1/2 inches within the first 4 weeks of working out. Wow, I have not even modified my diet and done much cardio yet. I plan to have a personal trainer until December. I can't wait to see more changes in my body. Perhaps, my hormones will become balanced.

I totally believe I am healed. I know that God has lead me to the websites, YouTube, and the gym. You just know when God is involved. I am so thankful that I presently have no symptoms of anything. Don't lose hope. God wants you well.
