Does anyone out there have a Thanksgiving Tradition they would like to share? We just started a new one this year. It is a Thanksgiving Jar.
Here is what you do: Everyone in the family cuts up stripes of paper and writes down what they are thankful for. Now, you should write one down almost everyday. You can do this for a whole year or just for the month of November. Make sure you put it in the jar after you write it down. Then on Thanksgiving Day while everyone is around the table, you take turns reading the different pieces of paper from the Thanksgiving Jar.

We just started something similar last week! We are doing a Christmas Blessings Jar. We are writing down people we blessed (hopefully each day), and adding it to the jar. On Christmas day we will read all the slips and pray for each person (be it friend, family or stranger). :) Thanks for sharing!
