I hope you all had a great Valentine's Day. I made homemade cupcakes with homemade strawberry frosting and chocolate chip cookies. The kids sure enjoyed the goodies.

School At Home

I 've been doing some research about homeschooling. Here are some facts, public schools started in 1870 in the US and by the early 1900's 2/3 rds of American children were still schooled at home. Christians fought against public schools because they did not want the government to school their children. Christians felt that it was their God given right to home school. This is what Adolph Hitler had to say about homeschooling in the 1930's when he made it illegal:

For this reason we have set before ourselves the task of inoculating our youth with the spirit of this community of the people at a very early age, at an age when human beings are still unperverted and therefore unspoiled.
